EveryMonday’s Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of EveryMonday and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

  2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of EveryMonday as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

  3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 24 November 2023 and ending 8 December 2023. All online entries must be received by 8 December 2023.

  4. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at www.staging.everymonday.co.za. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of EveryMonday. You may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

  5. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive an iPad 9th Gen and R5000 respectively. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by EveryMonday. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at EveryMonday’s discretion.

  6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of EveryMonday. Winner will be notified by Email or Phone within five (7) days following selection of Winner. EveryMonday shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 2 days, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

  7. Rights Reserved by EveryMonday: EveryMonday reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond EveryMonday’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

  8. Terms & Conditions: EveryMonday reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  9. Governing Law: All Issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and EveryMonday in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of South Africa.

  10. Newsletter Subscription: By participating in this Giveaway, You agree to subscribe to EveryMonday’s newsletter. As part of the subscription, You will receive updates, news, and offers from EveryMonday via email. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time through the unsubscribe link in the email.

  11. Use of Personal Details: By entering this Giveaway, You agree that EveryMonday will collect and store your personal details, including but not limited to your name, email address, and contact information. These details will be used for the purposes of EveryMonday’s marketing and to keep You informed about our products and services.
